Verification of Enrollment (VOE) 

Verification of Enrollment is required to obtain your students driver permit & license. Per state guidelines, attendance will affect a student receiving a VOE. Any student that has an attendance rate below 90% will be denied a VOE. Please reach out to your students Assistant Principal with any questions.

Dismissals and Attendance

Early Dismissal Request Policy & Procedure

Please click for the online form to request an early dismissal for your student.  We will need your students' name, along with your full name, your callback number, and the dismissal time for your student to leave the classroom. If you're not on the approved pickup list, it might take a little longer, as we’ll need to call the designated parent or guardian to ensure it’s safe to release the student.

Early Dismissal Request – Fill out form

It may take up to 30 minutes for your student to receive their pass (since students aren’t always in the classroom) and leave the building. For safety reasons, students will meet their ride outside the front of the building unless you’ve arranged a specific pickup area in advance.

Dismissals are not processed after 3:15 p.m., giving us plenty of time to take care of your request. We check calls throughout the day and handle them in the order they come in, so rest assured, your request is important to us.

NOTE:  Dismissal requests cannot be processed in the future and must be on the same day.

For all other matters related to other attendance issues, please send an email directly to your Attendance Clerk.  

For matters concerning tardiness, exemptions, and attendance requirements, please direct your inquiries to your student's Assistant Principal.
