Keller ISD Students Earn National Honors at FBLA National Leadership Conference

Students from Central High School and Timber Creek High School recently traveled to San Antonio, Texas, to compete at the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) National Leadership Conference, where thousands of the nation's top student business leaders gathered to compete in leadership and career-focused events.

The conference brings together students from across the country to showcase their knowledge and skills in a wide range of business disciplines while representing their schools and districts on the national stage.

A total of 24 Central High School students represented Keller ISD at the conference, while Timber Creek High School freshman Judy Zhu qualified for the national competition during her first year in FBLA.

Keller ISD students earned two outstanding national recognitions during the event:

• Daniyal Khan, an upcoming Central High School junior, earned 3rd Place in the Nation in the Introduction to FBLA competitive event. His podium finish reflects his hard work, dedication, and professionalism.
   
• Judy Zhu, a Timber Creek High School freshman, earned an impressive 10th-place national finish in Accounting, competing against 128 of the nation's top students. Qualifying for the National Leadership Conference and finishing among the nation's Top 10 in her first year of FBLA is a remarkable accomplishment.

In addition to these individual achievements, all of the students representing Central High School and Timber Creek High School demonstrated exceptional commitment, preparation, and leadership while representing Keller ISD on the national stage.

Congratulations to Daniyal, Judy, and all of the Keller ISD students who competed at the FBLA National Leadership Conference for their outstanding accomplishments and for representing their schools and district with excellence.
